I’m so disappointed to be writing this review, because I did come here for my previous 2 pregnancies and had great experiences, but unfortunately this place has gone very downhill.I went yesterday for my gender ultrasound. I’m 14.5 weeks pregnant. I went at 13.5 weeks with my other pregnancies and they were able to determine the gender of my babies with through the leg shots.First of all, walking in there is no greeting, just “here… fill out this paperwork” while loud, obnoxious rap music is playing. Not a welcoming environment at all.She takes us back and we let her know we want the gender to be a surprise. She then proceeds to call the baby a “he” the entire time and says “oh I just say that, the baby might be a girl or boy”. It’s just very unprofessional and the techs should be taught to not use any language like that to not confuse anyone.She is struggling to find anything and says the baby’s legs are crossed. She worked on me for a while and I do appreciate the fact that they take their time and don’t rush through, but that’s about the only good thing I can say for the experience.After almost an hour, she gets someone else to come in and help. He right away finds the gender. The girl says “oh that’s what I thought it was, but I wasn’t completely sure.” Ummm you were telling us the legs were crossed the entire time, now you’re saying this? Very frustrating.We go to check out and they tell us our photos will be uploaded to baby flix and they would print out the gender confirmation one and put it in an envelope. The one they printed out was on computer paper, not the glossy photos that ultrasounds normally come on. That explains why they say they will upload them online, because they don’t have a machine to print the glossy photos apparently? They really should figure this out especially when they state you get glossy photos on their website.My husband and I open it and see the gender and are quite surprised! It didn’t turn out to be what we thought it would. But the ultrasound pic is not good. It is a side profile and makes me question whether they got the gender correct. Because I’m so uncertain, I went ahead and ordered a blood test to confirm, which is kind of defeating the purpose of us even going here and spending money on this. I should’ve just done that to start and I’m really hoping the blood test matches what their ultrasound says.I called in the afternoon to let them know that my photos weren’t uploaded onto the account yet. No one answered and I tried several times. They state they are open until 7pm and I was calling between 4-4:30. I left a message after 7pm and no one called me back this morning. I also sent an email yesterday, and no response today either.I called this morning and spoke with someone who told me their “app is down” so that’s probably why the photos weren’t uploaded, but that she would directly email them to me. It’s now been 12 hours since I called and I still don’t have them emailed to me. Emails don’t take that long to come through.If you are looking to have a good experience, definitely DO NOT come here. You are just another number to them and they just say things to appease you without telling the truth. Which is why I am questioning if they even got the gender correct or just wrote whatever they wanted so that they wouldn’t have to have me come back for a free scan.

I really love it

I had a great experience coming here. The room looks and smells great and they have a TV where everyone can see the ultrasound. Unfortunately we weren't able to find out the gender the first time I went at 13 weeks but they rescheduled me for the following week. Jiselle did my ultrasound and was very kind and informative. She was also very patient since my baby had his legs crossed. I definitely recommend drinking a lot of water before coming. Also use Groupon, it's cheaper and you'll get a longer scan.

I wasted time and money just to hear a bunch of excuses as to why they couldn't get a good picture of my baby. I went the next day somewhere else and they did amazing. The lady here doing my ultrasound asked for help and the lady in the pink hair (head in charge she claims) said "well their's nothing we can do what do you want us to do" refused to help her tech was also rude to me on the phone. She still had the nerve to talk over me on the phone kept interrupting me and said "we actually went above and beyond for you" how when you didn't want to help and I paid for my service. I wanted to speak to the manager and she said she's never there. I rather take the$75 loss then go back for them to keep messing with my baby for no results. Please don't come here highly disappointed
